Convert inquiries into sales by offering appropriate product solutions. Customer Relationship Management Maintain strong relations with existing clients for repeat orders. Handle post-sale service issues in coordination with production/logistics. Sales Planning & Execution Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Visit industrial clients (like shot blasting units, foundries, etc.) regularly for business development. Quotation & Negotiation Prepare and send quotations as per approved price list. Negotiate terms and close orders within company policies. Coordination & Documentation Coordinate with the accounts and dispatch teams for invoice and delivery follow-ups. Maintain proper records of calls, visits, quotations, and order pipeline. Market Intelligence Gather and report competitor activity, price trends, and customer feedback. Suggest new market opportunities and expansion ideas. Reporting Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports in the prescribed format. Track outstanding payments and support in collection follow-ups.
