Role & responsibilities Manage and grow business with existing dealers, builders, contractors, and architects in the assigned area Develop new customers in building and construction segment through regular field visits and cold calls Handle enquiries, prepare quotations, follow up and close orders for UPVC windows and doors projects Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and maintain proper records in CRM/Excel Coordinate with production, installation, and accounts teams for smooth order execution and payments Preferred candidate profile 26 years’ experience in building materials / construction product sales Experience with windows/doors, aluminium, glass, plywood, laminates, tiles, paints or similar will be preferred Good communication, negotiation and relationship skills; must be ready for daily field work Two-wheeler and Android smartphone preferred
