The role involves inspection, testing, documentation, and coordination with production to maintain consistent product quality. Key Responsibilities Inspect raw materials, wax patterns, ceramic shells, and finished castings as per drawings and specifications Perform visual inspection, dimensional inspection, and surface defect evaluation Use measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, gauges, and CMM (if applicable) Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards Monitor process parameters during shell making, melting, pouring, heat treatment, and finishing Identify defects such as shrinkage, porosity, cracks, inclusions, and misruns Ensure compliance with customer, internal, and industry quality standards (ASTM, ISO, etc.) Maintain inspection records, test reports, and quality documentation Coordinate with production and engineering teams for corrective and preventive actions Support internal and external audits Ensure proper handling and storage of inspected components Follow safety and quality procedures at all times Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
