The Shift Engineer / Switch Board Operator/ Electrical Assistant position requires a candidate with a B.E/Diploma (Electrical) / ITI (ELECTRICIAN/WIREMAN) qualification and 1-2 years of experience in 66 Kv Substation operations. Responsibilities include: - Knowledge of substation operation and maintenance. - Analysis of testing results and implementation of remedial measures. - Possess good technical, behavioral, and communication skills. - Ability to guide and educate subordinates, both verbally and in writing. - Experience in inventory management. - Willingness to work 8-hour rotational shifts, including night shifts as per schedule.
