Guidewire Billing Center Integration Developer

The ideal candidate for this position should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer/Information Science or Information Systems Management, or equivalent qualification with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on IT application development experience. Specifically, the candidate should have a minimum of 4 to 6 years of hands-on development experience with Guidewire BillingCenter 9.0 or higher and a proven track record of Configuration and Integration experience with the same. Moreover, the candidate should have at least 3 years of hands-on experience with SQL (SQL server/Oracle/DB2)/No SQL related technologies and a minimum of 2 years of experience integrating with RESTful /SOAP Web services. Knowledge of working with monitoring tools like AppDynamics is also required. In addition, the candidate should have a strong understanding of object-oriented design best practices, the ability to research and prepare detailed functional specifications, and proficiency in estimating, planning, and tracking development tasks. Experience with debugging production issues, resolving application performance bottlenecks, and continuous integration practices, processes, and tools (such as Jenkins, JUNIT, GitLab) is essential. The candidate should be proficient in writing configurable, maintainable, and testable code in a highly collaborative environment. Knowledge of the Property & Casualty domain is a plus.
