Job Purpose: To proactively contact existing customers to remind, promote, and renew their motor insurance policies and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), ensuring maximum customer retention and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Call existing customers whose vehicle insurance or AMC is due for renewal. Explain renewal benefits, policy coverage, and AMC packages clearly and professionally. Follow up with customers through calls, SMS, and emails until closure. Coordinate with the insurance/finance team for quote preparation and policy issuance. Maintain accurate customer interaction records in CRM software. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Handle customer queries and objections efficiently. Support marketing campaigns related to insurance and service retention. Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends to management. Ensure adherence to company policies, scripts, and telecalling etiquette. Key Skills & Competencies: Excellent communication and persuasion skills (Hindi/English/local language). Good telephone manners and customer service orientation. Basic knowledge of motor insurance and automobile services (training can be provided). Computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools). Target-driven and self-motivated. Positive attitude and team player. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
