The Freight Broker will be responsible for coordinating transportation and logistics, managing carrier relationships, handling client communications, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. Daily tasks include negotiating freight rates, dispatching shipments, and managing accounts. The role requires excellent customer service and account management skills to maintain and grow client relationships. Qualifications Freight Brokerage and Brokerage skills are required to effectively facilitate transactions between shippers and carriers. Customer Service and Dispatching skills are essential to manage and coordinate the logistics process and provide exceptional customer support. Account Management skills to oversee and grow client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment. Prior experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field preferred.
