GTM / AI Automation Engineer

Role Overview

The selected candidate will design, build, test, and maintain AI automation workflows for sales, marketing, lead generation, recruitment, and business operations. This is a hands-on technical role requiring practical problem-solving skills, an understanding of AI agents, and the ability to convert business requirements into working automation systems.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI Workflow Automation

· Build and maintain automation workflows using n8n, Make, or Zapier.

· Connect applications and services to automate repetitive business tasks.

· Configure triggers, conditions, loops, data transformations, and error handling.

· Test and troubleshoot workflows to ensure reliable execution.

2. AI Agent Development

· Build AI-powered agents using Claude API, OpenAI API, and other LLM tools.

· Create prompt-based workflows, structured outputs, and tool-calling integrations.

· Develop AI workflows for lead research, qualification, content assistance, data extraction, and reporting.

· Implement human approval steps for sensitive or high-impact automated actions.

· Test AI-generated outputs for accuracy and consistency.

3. API Integration and Development

· Integrate third-party applications using REST APIs and webhooks.

· Work with JSON, API authentication, OAuth, and data mapping.

· Use Python or JavaScript for custom automation logic.

· Connect CRM platforms, databases, communication tools, and business applications.

· Debug API errors, authentication issues, and workflow failures.

4. GTM and Sales Automation

· Build automated workflows for B2B lead generation and qualification.

· Integrate tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, and approved prospecting platforms.

· Automate lead enrichment, CRM updates, follow-up tasks, and sales reporting.

· Support AI-powered account research and personalized outreach workflows.

· Maintain data quality and follow applicable privacy and communication requirements.

5. Testing and Maintenance

· Monitor workflow execution and resolve errors.

· Maintain documentation for workflows, integrations, and technical configurations.

· Optimize automation performance, API usage, and execution costs.

· Follow secure credential-management practices.

· Collaborate with team members to deliver projects on time.

Required Technical Skills

· 1–3 years of experience in workflow automation, software development, API integrations, or AI automation.

· Practical knowledge of n8n, Make, or Zapier.

· Experience using Claude API, OpenAI API, or similar LLM services.

· Basic to intermediate Python or JavaScript.

· Understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and authentication.

· Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI workflow design.

· Strong debugging, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Good-to-have skills

· Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM.

· Familiarity with RAG, vector databases, embeddings, and AI agent frameworks.

· Experience with PostgreSQL, Google Sheets, Slack, or Google Workspace integrations.

· Knowledge of Docker, cloud platforms, and workflow monitoring.

· Understanding of sales, marketing, and business process automation.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

· Successful development and deployment of assigned automation workflows.

· Accuracy and reliability of AI-generated outputs.

· Reduction in repetitive manual tasks.

· Timely completion of development tasks.

· Number and quality of successfully deployed integrations.

· Reduction in workflow errors and recurring failures.

· Quality of documentation and troubleshooting.

Pay: ₹325,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year
