Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented GST Reconciliation Executive with strong knowledge of GST compliance, reconciliations, and accounting. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate GST records, identifying discrepancies, and coordinating with internal teams and vendors for timely resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform monthly GST reconciliation of GSTR-2B with purchase registers and books of accounts.
• Reconcile GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B, and sales/purchase data.
• Identify and resolve mismatches related to Input Tax Credit (ITC), invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
• Follow up with vendors for missing invoices, incorrect GST reporting, and ITC mismatches.
• Prepare GST working papers and assist in the timely filing of GST returns.
• Perform annual GST reconciliation and assist with GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C, wherever applicable.
• Maintain accurate GST reconciliation reports and supporting documentation.
• Assist in GST audits, departmental notices, and compliance-related matters.
• Coordinate with the accounts team to ensure accurate GST entries in accounting software.
• Monitor pending ITC, vendor compliance, and GST-related discrepancies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
• 2–5 years of practical experience in GST reconciliation and compliance.
• Strong working knowledge of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B, ITC reconciliation, and GST provisions.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS).
• Hands-on experience with Tally Prime / ERP accounting software.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to independently handle large volumes of purchase and sales transactions.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
