Job Description

We are looking for a tech-savvy and detail-oriented GST Executive to manage our end-to-end indirect tax compliance, return filings, and reconciliations. In this modern, AI-compatible role, you will leverage AI tax assistants, automated reconciliation tools, and ERP systems (such as SAP, Tally, or Zoho Books) to minimize manual errors, speed up data matching, and handle statutory notices efficiently

Return Filing: Prepare, review, and file monthly/annual GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9/9C) using automated compliance platforms and AI-driven reporting tools.
Reconciliation: Run automated GSTR-2B vs. purchase register match-ups, flag input tax credit (ITC) mismatches, and use AI/analytics tools to track vendor compliance.
E-Way Bill & E-Invoice Management: Monitor real-time e-way bill and e-invoice data streams through integrated software to resolve discrepancies quickly.
Workflow & Notice Handling: Utilize AI tax query assistants or automated draft generators to draft responses for departmental GST queries, audits, and notices.
Data Prep & Audit Support: Coordinate data extraction, clean large datasets via Advanced Excel/Power BI, and support internal or statutory GST audits.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
