We are looking for an intern with a Civil Engineering degree. This role involves conducting detailed technical inspections of residential homes, going beyond standard checks to focus on foundational strength, structural integrity, and drainage systems. The main goal is to identify and diagnose serious defects (like foundation cracks, settlement, and structural movement) and explain these complex findings clearly to clients in a professional inspection report. You will: Scan the Structure: Use engineering expertise to check the building. Find Hidden Issues: Identify and explain major structural defects and safety hazards. Write Clear Reports: Create detailed, easy-to-understand reports on the home's condition. Educate Clients: Clearly communicate technical findings to homeowners and buyers.
