We seek an experienced Technical IT Recruiter to fill IT positions in the USA and India Position Overview: As a Technical IT Recruiter, you'll be responsible for identifying and engaging top-tier technical talent. You will manage the entire recruiting process, focusing on sourcing, technical screening, and candidate assessment for technical roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to evaluate various technical skills. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify top technical talent. Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a seamless hiring experience from sourcing to offer negotiation. Conduct pre-screening and in-depth interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit. Design and administer relevant technical tests or coding challenges as needed. Collaborate with hiring managers to refine technical and cultural fit criteria. Build relationships with passive and active candidates to grow a robust talent network. Partner with internal teams to understand current and future hiring needs. Analyze recruitment metrics to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Stay updated on recruiting trends and tools to optimize strategies. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, Proven track record of successfully filling technical positions. Strong understanding of programming languages and tools, Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
