ROLE SUMMARY

Cosmic Biotech is hiring a Growth & Performance Marketing Manager to own measurable customer acquisition and digital growth. You will run paid media end-to-end, own analytics and attribution, and set the initial SEO and retention strategy, working closely with the creative team to turn performance data into better campaigns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own paid acquisition across Meta, Google and other relevant platforms — planning, execution and optimisation.
• Develop media plans, audience strategies and campaign structures aligned to business targets.
• Run structured audience, messaging and creative testing; identify which creative directions perform commercially, with the creative team.
• Own tracking, attribution and analytics across all acquisition channels.
• Monitor CAC, ROAS/MER, conversion rates and other core growth metrics; report with clear commentary, not just dashboards.
• Analyse funnels end-to-end and identify conversion-rate optimisation opportunities.
• Develop and manage retargeting and remarketing strategies.
• Own initial CRM and retention strategy for existing customers.
• Own overall SEO strategy — keyword opportunities, organic growth targets, and technical SEO coordination with the website team.
• Monitor GA4, Search Console and other performance tools.
• Guide the content team on search-led content opportunities.
• Present performance insights that inform product, communication and brand decisions.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Hands-on experience managing real advertising budgets on Meta and Google Ads, with demonstrable results.
• Strong grasp of campaign structuring, audience segmentation, bidding strategies and creative testing frameworks.
• Working knowledge of GA4, Search Console and attribution/analytics tooling.
• Practical understanding of SEO fundamentals — on-page, technical and content-led growth.
• Analytical mindset — able to challenge assumptions and explain why a campaign is or isn't working.
• Experience with CRM/retention tools and remarketing workflows is a strong plus.
• Prior experience in D2C, e-commerce, pharma or nutraceutical categories is an advantage.
• Ability to interpret commercial performance beyond platform metrics, including CAC, conversion, AOV and customer acquisition quality.

This role needs depth, not breadth. Candidates should be ready to walk through past campaigns in detail — budgets managed, decisions made, results achieved — during the interview process.
