Title: Growth Manager – Content & Local Brand

Role Level: Assistant Manager / Manager

Role Overview:

You will own regional brand storytelling, creator partnerships, and local consumer activations. You will turn deep local market insights into high-impact content, drive brand affinity, and execute regional growth campaigns to make Purplle the go-to beauty destination in the state.

Key Responsibilities:

• Regional Content Strategy: Conceptualize, produce, and execute hyper-local content aligned with regional nuances, local language idioms, and cultural hooks.

• Influencer & Creator Ecosystem: Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with regional influencers and content creators to build authentic trust and drive brand adoption.

• BTL & ATL Marketing Executions: Plan and execute local Below-The-Line (BTL) and Above-The-Line (ATL) activations tailored to state-specific growth targets.

• Value Proposition & Campaign Messaging: Develop tailored brand messaging and creative assets for state-level product launches, category promotions, and seasonal campaigns.

• Drive Business Metrics: Leverage localized campaigns directly to impact brand awareness, user acquisition, and regional revenue growth.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Experience: 2–5 years of hands-on experience in content creation, brand marketing, influencer management, or creative agencies.

• Domain Expertise: Proven track record of running end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns and leveraging content to scale brands or products.

• Language & Cultural Mastery: Native-level fluency in the regional language and deep rootedness in the local culture (Mandatory).

• Education: Strong academic background from a recognized tier-1/tier-2 institute.

• Key Skills: Campaign Management, Localized Copywriting, Influencer Relations, Budget Management, BTL/ATL Execution.
