We are looking for a driven, analytical and creative Growth Intern to help accelerate business growth, expand brand awareness, acquire users and identify new opportunities for customer engagement and market expansion. This role offers practical exposure to growth marketing, user acquisition, market research, experimentation and business development.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Assist in developing and executing growth strategies to increase brand awareness, user acquisition and engagement.

2. Research target audiences, market trends, customer behaviour and competitor strategies.

3. Identify new opportunities for business expansion, partnerships, collaborations and customer acquisition.

4. Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media, email and other relevant channels.

5. Assist in developing growth experiments to test new marketing strategies, acquisition channels and engagement initiatives.

6. Track key growth metrics, including reach, engagement, leads, conversions, user acquisition and retention.

7. Prepare performance reports and analyse campaign results to identify areas for improvement.

8. Support organic growth initiatives through content distribution, community building, referral campaigns and brand advocacy.

9. Collaborate with the marketing, design, product and business development teams to execute growth initiatives.

10. Assist in developing strategies to improve user activation, retention and overall customer experience.

11. Research potential partnerships, communities, campus networks, influencers and other relevant growth channels.

12. Maintain growth trackers, campaign calendars, lead databases and performance dashboards.

13. Contribute innovative ideas to improve the company's visibility, market positioning and growth trajectory.

14. Stay updated on emerging growth marketing techniques, digital platforms and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills.

- Good written and verbal communication skills.

- Understanding of social media, digital marketing, branding and online communities.

- Creative thinking and the ability to identify new growth opportunities.

- Familiarity with spreadsheets, data tracking and performance reporting.

- Ability to interpret basic metrics and make data-informed recommendations.

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

- Proactive attitude, willingness to experiment and a results-oriented mindset.

- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- Students or recent graduates pursuing Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Economics, Entrepreneurship or related disciplines.

- Interest in growth marketing, startup ecosystems, consumer technology and digital products.

- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Sheets, Meta Business Suite, Canva or CRM platforms will be an advantage.

- Experience with social media campaigns, community building, market research, lead generation or digital marketing projects will be beneficial.

- Previous participation in entrepreneurial initiatives, college clubs or marketing projects is welcome.

Internship Details

Work Mode: Hybrid (Work From Home + Work From Office)

PopPop Labs offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement. Interns can choose to work from home or from the office, with both options available. This flexibility allows interns to work in the environment that best suits their productivity and convenience while maintaining effective communication and collaboration with the team.

Work Location: Office / Remote — candidate's choice.

Working Arrangement: Flexible, subject to project requirements, team coordination and assigned responsibilities.
