Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities through consultative selling. Build and nurture long-term relationships with CXOs, department heads, and procurement teams. Collaborate with product and marketing teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs. Meet and exceed regional revenue targets and sales KPIs. Represent Prodoc AI at regional medical events, expos, and industry meets. Provide market feedback to support product strategy and regional expansion. Qualifications & Skills • 3 to 6 years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, preferably in healthtech, medtech, or B2B software for healthcare. • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. • Strong network and experience engaging with hospital decision-makers and medical institutions. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage a sales funnel. • Willingness to travel within the region as required
