Growth & Client Solutions Manager

About False Nine False Nine is a new Bengaluru marketing agency making short-form video and social content for brands, with performance marketing coming next. We are building our first team.

The role You will help grow False Nine. You will find and pitch new clients, look after the ones we have, shape the ideas we take to them, and make sure our presenters, scriptwriters and editors deliver on time.

What you will do

• Find new clients through outreach, referrals, LinkedIn and events in Bengaluru
• Pitch to brands and startups, and put together proposals with the founder
• Be the main point of contact for clients: briefs, feedback, approvals and updates
• Brainstorm content ideas and campaign concepts with the creative team
• Turn client briefs into clear tasks for scriptwriters, presenters and editors
• Keep projects on schedule and catch problems before clients do
• Track what is working for each client and bring that into the next pitch

What we are looking for

• 1-2 years in agency servicing, business development, sales or account management
• Confident pitching and comfortable handling client pushback
• A strong sense of what works on social media, and opinions about it
• Organised enough to run several projects and people at once
• Clear writer and speaker in English; Hindi or Kannada is a plus
• Has a network of founders, startups or brands in Bengaluru, or knows how to build one

Nice to have

• Experience selling content, social media or performance marketing services
• Familiarity with tools like Notion, Trello, HubSpot or Google Workspace
