Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive (Field Sales) Company: Grow Value Properties Pvt Ltd Salary: 25,000 to 30,000 Office Time: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Location: T Nagar Job Description: Grow Value Properties Pvt Ltd is looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales & Marketing Executive (Field Sales) to promote real estate projects and handle on-field sales activities. The candidate should be comfortable with site visits and client meetings. Responsibilities: Field sales activities including site visits and client meetings Generate leads through field work, referrals, and marketing campaigns Promote and explain real estate projects to customers Handle customer inquiries and follow up for conversions Coordinate with internal teams for deal closures Maintain daily field reports and sales records Achieve monthly sales targets Required Skills & Extra Skills: Experience in field sales (real estate preferred) Strong communication and convincing skills Willingness to travel extensively for field work Customer relationship management skills Target-oriented and self-motivated Basic computer / CRM knowledge Two-wheeler preferred Interested candidates can apply: Nadhiya 8925980891
