We are seeking a reliable and organized Front Deck cum admin executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties. Your organizational and multitasking skills will contribute to the smooth operation of our office. Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports Develop and maintain a filing system Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers Submit and reconcile expense reports Provide general support to visitors Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers Greet visitors and direct them appropriately Answer and manage incoming calls Maintain a tidy reception area Handle mail and deliveries Requirements: Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or office admin assistant Knowledge of office management systems and procedures Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task Job Type: Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Experience: total work: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
