Location Remote / Hybrid (Project-based or Full-time, based on fit) Experience 3–7 years (flexible for exceptional candidates) Role Overview We are seeking a Full Stack Developer who is highly proficient in Vibe Coding workflows and capable of end-to-end ownership of AI-driven product development . This role requires hands-on experience in building AI agents , crafting high-quality prompts , leveraging AI-assisted coding tools , and deploying scalable solutions on AWS . The ideal candidate is not just a coder, but a systems thinker who can collaborate with AI tools as first-class development partners while maintaining strong software engineering discipline. Key Responsibilities 1. End-to-End Application Development Own the complete development lifecycle: architecture, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance Build and maintain full stack applications (frontend, backend, databases, APIs) Translate product requirements into scalable technical solutions 2. AI Agent & Prompt Engineering Design, build, and optimize AI agents for business workflows and automation Create, refine, and manage system prompts, task prompts, and agent orchestration logic Implement RAG pipelines , tool-using agents, and multi-agent workflows where required Continuously improve agent performance, reliability, and cost efficiency 3. Vibe Coding & AI-Assisted Development Actively use Vibe Coding tools such as: Emergent Claude Code / Claude-based workflows GitHub Copilot (advanced usage) Guide AI tools with structured prompts, constraints, and architectural context Review, refactor, and productionize AI-generated code Maintain coding standards and security best practices despite AI-assisted development 4. Cloud & DevOps (AWS) Deploy applications and AI services on AWS Work with services such as: EC2, ECS, Lambda S3, RDS / DynamoDB API Gateway Manage CI/CD pipelines and environment configurations Handle monitoring, logging, scalability, and cost optimization 5. Tooling, Upgrades & Maintenance Manage upgrades and versioning of: GitHub Copilot AI models and SDKs Dependencies and frameworks Ensure backward compatibility and minimal downtime during upgrades Document system architecture and operational workflows Required Skills & Qualifications Core Technical Skills Strong experience in Full Stack Development Frontend: React / Next.js / Vue (any modern framework) Backend: Node.js / Python / similar REST & GraphQL APIs Solid understanding of software architecture and design patterns Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL) AI & Agent Systems Hands-on experience building AI agents Strong prompt engineering skills Familiarity with: LLM APIs Agent frameworks Tool calling and function execution Experience integrating AI into real-world production systems Cloud & DevOps Proven experience deploying and managing applications on AWS CI/CD, environment management, and infrastructure best practices Security, performance, and scalability awareness Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with internal tools, or enterprise SaaS Knowledge of multi-tenant architectures Familiarity with monitoring tools and observability stacks Exposure to compliance, access control, and role-based systems What We Look For Strong ownership mindset – takes responsibility from idea to deployment Comfortable working in AI-first development environments Ability to think in systems, workflows, and automation Clear communicator who can explain technical decisions Bias toward execution and continuous improvement What We Offer Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI agent systems High autonomy and ownership Exposure to real-world, production-scale AI applications Flexible engagement models (project-based or full-time) Competitive compensation aligned with skill and impact
