Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Designer located in Vellore. The Interior Designer will be responsible for space planning, developing interior design concepts, creating detailed construction drawings, and selecting furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E). The role involves collaborating with clients to understand their needs and preferences, presenting design proposals, and overseeing projects from conception to completion. Qualifications Skills in Space Planning and Interior Design Knowledge of Architecture and Construction Drawings Experience with Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) selection Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to work closely with clients and vendors Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite Attention to detail and strong project management skills

We have a sister construction firm -Grid Property Developer - and we are actively hiring site supervisor. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor located in Vellore. The Site Supervisor will oversee daily operations at the construction site, ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently, coordinate with various stakeholders, manage site documentation, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. They will also be responsible for resolving any issues or delays and maintaining a clear line of communication with project managers and other team members. Qualifications Strong knowledge of construction management and project supervision Effective communication and team collaboration skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Proficiency in site documentation and report generation Adherence to safety regulations and quality standards Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Previous experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry is a plus
