The role involves reaching out to potential customers, explaining products or services, and generating sales or qualified leads through phone calls. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers and respond to inbound inquiries. Explain products/services and their benefits to customers clearly. Generate leads, schedule meetings, or close sales as per business requirements. Maintain customer records and update databases/CRM with accurate information.
Coordinate and monitor all logistics operations. Manage order processing and fulfillment activities. Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods. Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels. Arrange transportation and track shipments. Communicate with transporters, vendors, and customers. Prepare and manage shipping and export/import documentation. Ensure compliance with customs, safety, and legal regulations. Handle logistics-related issues, delays, and discrepancies. Monitor and control logistics costs. Generate logistics and shipment performance reports.
Strong understanding of accounting & financial reporting Proficient in Tally, GST, Billing & Reconciliation Ability to handle accounts independently Experience in the solar industry is a plus (not mandatory)
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Commerce (B. Com / M. Com) Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills Basic understanding of MS Office (Excel) Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment A positive attitude and eagerness to learn Prior experience in sales support or coordination (0–1 year) is preferred
