Key Responsibilities: • Plan and deliver comprehensive, engaging, and well-structured physics lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum and educational standards. • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters curiosity, inquiry, and academic growth. • Establish and maintain strong, supportive relationships with students to encourage their personal and academic development. • Design and conduct laboratory experiments to strengthen practical understanding of physics concepts. • Assess student progress regularly through assignments, examinations, and individual feedback. • Collaborate with colleagues, contribute to departmental meetings, and participate in school activities and events. • Maintain effective communication with parents and guardians regarding student performance and well-being. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physics or a related field; B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience teaching physics at the high school level. Demonstrated ability to build strong rapport with students and inspire a love for science. Excellent communication, organizational, and classroom management skills. Commitment to continuous professional development and educational innovation.
