We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer Trainee who can build, improve, and scale modern web applications using React, Next.js, and Node.js. You’ll work closely with the product and design teams to deliver real features used by real users. Location: Remote Type: Full-Time Leave Policy: Weekly 2 Rotational Offs Stipend: ₹5,000 Per Month (for the first 6 months) After 6 Months: Salary will be increased to ₹3 LPA or more based on performance About Us: We are a fast-growing startup on a mission to build impactful digital products. Required Skills: Good understanding of HTML5 and CSS3 Experience with Tailwind CSS and Bootstrap Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) Hands-on experience in React.js and Next.js Strong knowledge of TypeScript Knowledge of API integration Familiar with Git/version control Knowledge of databases (MongoDB / PostgreSQL is a plus) Knowledge or hands-on experience with AWS All of the above skills are required.
