Job Summary: We are hiring a Site Supervisor – Civil to manage and supervise door installation work at various project sites in and around Bhavani Peth, Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution of installation jobs, coordinating with project teams and contractors, and maintaining quality and safety standards. Supervise installation of door frames and shutters (wooden, metal, or fire-rated) at project sites Read and interpret civil drawings and installation layouts Inspect site openings and surfaces for proper alignment and fixing requirements Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients for timely execution Maintain daily site reports, labor records, and material logs Ensure proper site safety, cleanliness, and quality checks Arrange tools, materials, and ensure minimal wastage Resolve technical or site-related issues and escalate if needed
