Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Dry bulk / MPP / Container Ship Broker at Great Waters Maritime. The Ship Broker will be responsible for negotiating charter parties, connecting shipowners and charterers, and securing vessels for cargo transportation. Market insights and strategic advice are key components of the role to support informed decision-making and efficiency in cargo transportation. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Shipbroker in Dry Bulk, MPP, or Container sectors. Proven track record of independently concluding at least 5 fixtures. Proficient in Brokerage and Trading. Extensive experience in Freight and International Trade. In-depth knowledge of Commodity Markets. Exceptional negotiation and communication skills. Ability to work independently and remotely. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
