Cause of Grayquest my CIBIL score become poor and I can't be able to take any other loan. My last loan cleared in December but yet it's showing due/outstanding for 2 month. I am repeatedly calling and mailing them for the NOC and updating the clearance of the loan but they are being careless and are just ignoring it.
