About The Internship We’re looking for a wedding planning & coordination intern who can assist our in-house team with guest management, vendor coordination, and event planning logistics. This is a hands-on opportunity to experience the behind-the-scenes of a real wedding, while learning about event management, organization, and communication in a dynamic and creative environment. Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Maintain and organize guest lists and RSVP messages in Excel/Google Sheets Send out and follow up on RSVP messages and wedding invites Coordinate with vendors (decor, photography, hospitality, logistics, etc.) when required Work closely with the family team to ensure smooth communication and task execution Assist with on-ground arrangements during key pre-wedding events Maintain a daily checklist and update progress reports Help with logistics such as seating plans, transportation lists, hotel check-ins, and return gifts Coordinate with hospitality teams, hotel staff, and service vendors during events Be the go-to in-house point of contact for wedding execution between the family and vendors/guests. About Company: Gravity Studios is a one-of-a-kind recording studio and video facility located in Goregaon (West), Mumbai. The multi-story studio can host projects like music/ audio recordings, big band rehearsals, events, performances, and video/ photo shoots. This multi-story facility is hiring a team of young and driven individuals to provide a fresh look into the world of music and entertainment.
