Graphics & Motion Graphics Designer

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic & Motion Graphic Designer to join our growing creative team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of graphic design, visual storytelling, branding, and motion graphics, with the ability to create engaging content for digital platforms and marketing campaigns.

You will work closely with the creative, content, and marketing teams to develop visually strong designs and motion-based content for brands, social media, campaigns, and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually engaging designs for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, presentations, websites, and branding materials.
• Design Instagram posts, carousels, stories, thumbnails, banners, creatives, and campaign assets.
• Create motion graphics, animated posts, reels, promotional videos, logo animations, and other short-form motion content.
• Develop creative concepts and translate ideas into strong visual designs.
• Work on brand identity, layouts, typography, colour combinations, and visual consistency across different platforms.
• Create graphics and motion assets for product launches, campaigns, events, corporate communication, and brand storytelling.
• Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to understand campaign objectives and deliver relevant creative assets.
• Edit and animate existing graphics, images, illustrations, and video elements to create engaging motion content.
• Use tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, or similar software.
• Stay updated with latest design, motion graphics, social media, and digital content trends.
• Ensure all designs are delivered in the correct formats, dimensions, and resolutions for different platforms.
• Explore and use AI design and creative tools to improve the speed and quality of creative output.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in graphic design and motion graphics, preferably in an agency or creative environment.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Good understanding of motion graphics, typography, composition, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience creating content specifically for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Basic understanding of video editing and animation.
• Experience with AI-based design and image-generation tools will be an added advantage.
• A strong portfolio showcasing both graphic design and motion graphics work is required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
