JOB DESCRIPTION : Job Title: Graphic Designer Experience Required: 2–3 Years Location: Bhubaneswar Job Type: Full-Time Salary: Negotiable We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 2–3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and brand-consistent graphics for a variety of media platforms, including digital, print, and social media. Key Responsibilities: Visual Content Creation: Design high-quality graphics for digital campaigns, social media, websites, presentations, advertisements, and print materials. Brand Adherence: Maintain brand consistency throughout all marketing projects and visuals. Collaborative Design: Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to conceptualize and execute design ideas and campaigns. Revisions & Feedback: Modify designs based on feedback and ensure final designs meet requirements and deadlines. Creative Input: Contribute fresh ideas and creative input for improving design aesthetics and user engagement. Asset Management: Organize and maintain design assets and project files in a systematic and accessible manner. Tool Proficiency: Utilize design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other industry-standard software. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field. 2–3 years of professional experience in graphic designing. Strong portfolio showcasing design skills across various media types. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Premiere Pro, After Effects is a plus. Good understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. Attention to detail with a creative mindset. Preferred Skills : Experience with UI/UX design tools like Figma or Adobe XD. Basic knowledge of video editing or animation tools.
