What you’ll do
Design social creatives, banners, emailers, ad creatives, presentations and marketing collateralProduce and edit product videos, reels, explainers, promos and motion graphicsUse AI tools to generate, enhance and iterate on images, video and concepts, and blend AI output with traditional designWrite strong prompts and build repeatable AI workflows that speed up production without losing qualityKeep every output on brand, and review AI-generated content for quality, accuracy and usage rightsWork with marketing, UI/UX and account teams to turn briefs into finished assets

What we’re looking for
3+ years in graphic design and video creation, preferably in an agency or ecommerce setting

Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects
Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude Design, Higgsfield, Runway or GeminiStrong prompting skills and a good eye for layout, typography, colour, storytelling and pacingKnowledge of social, web, ecommerce and ad platform formats

Must have: a portfolio showing both graphic design and video work (including live projects) and examples of AI-assisted creatives
