Graphic Illustrator

The ideal candidate for this role will have strong creative skills and a portfolio that showcases their passion for illustrative design and typography. You should have experience working with various design platforms, including digital and print forms. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for designing high-impact creatives for digital and print platforms in alignment with brand objectives. Collaboration with marketing, content, and channels teams is essential to deliver visually consistent assets. You will also be expected to present design concepts, justify creative choices, and adapt based on feedback. Ensuring that all visual materials meet brand guidelines and quality standards is a key part of this role. The ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines is crucial for success. The required skills for this position include at least 2 years of experience in graphic design, demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio, proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and Figma, a strong foundation in typography, visual hierarchy, composition, and layout principles, ability to design for web, print, and social platforms, experience in creating brand collateral, logos, and marketing assets, familiarity with print processes and file setup for print, experience in asset optimization for performance and speed, and knowledge of various social platforms such as Twitter, Tumblr, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, and Snapchat. It would be good to have working knowledge of CorelDRAW, experience in basic motion UI design.
