About the Role

Wikreate Worldwide is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Digital Marketing Team. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, a good understanding of branding, and experience creating engaging digital marketing creatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creative social media posts, carousels, stories, banners and advertisements.
• Develop engaging creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Create ad creatives for Meta Ads and Google Display campaigns.
• Design brochures, flyers, presentations, infographics and other marketing collaterals.
• Understand client briefs and maintain brand guidelines and visual consistency.
• Collaborate with digital marketing, content and performance marketing teams.
• Create multiple creative variations for A/B testing and campaign optimisation.
• Manage multiple projects while ensuring timely delivery and quality.

Required Skills

• 3–7 years of professional graphic designing experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
• Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Working knowledge of Figma and Canva.
• Good understanding of typography, colour theory, layout and composition.
• Experience in social media creatives, digital advertisements and branding.
• Strong creative thinking, attention to detail and time management.
• A strong portfolio showcasing previous design work.

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro or motion graphics.
• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools.
• Understanding of performance marketing and conversion-focused creatives.
