Graphic Designer & Video Editor (with Motion Graphics)

As a Graphic Designer & Video Editor at Vogue Institute of Art & Design, you will be responsible for designing engaging graphics, banners, posters, and digital creatives for campaigns. Additionally, you will edit videos for social media, events, and marketing, including reels, shorts, promos, and testimonials. Your role will involve creating smooth transitions, animations, and motion graphics to enhance storytelling, collaborating with the marketing team to bring concepts to life aligned with brand guidelines. You will also manage the video production workflow, including raw footage editing, sound design, effects, and final delivery, to ensure that all creative output is fresh, youthful, and appealing to student audiences. Key Responsibilities: - Design engaging graphics, banners, posters, and digital creatives for campaigns - Edit videos for social media, events, and marketing (reels, shorts, promos, testimonials) - Create smooth transitions, animations, and motion graphics for enhanced storytelling - Collaborate with the marketing team to bring concepts to life aligned with brand guidelines - Manage video production workflow: raw footage editing, sound design, effects, and final delivery - Ensure all creative output is fresh, youthful, and appealing to student audiences Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree/Diploma in Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field Technical Skills Required: - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) - Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design - Experience in motion graphics and animation for social media reels Experience: - Proven experience (13 years) as a graphic designer & video editor Soft Skills: - Good Communication Skills - Team Work - Taking Ownership - Positive Attitude - Flexible - Adoptability - Grasping & Learning Skills - Creative Thinking - Self Confident If you are selected for this role, you will benefit from a competitive salary of up to 30,000 per month, the opportunity to work on diverse projects across design and business education domains, and a creative environment with exposure to national and international events.
