Graphic Designer & Video Editor

This is a full-time on-site role based in Kolkata. We are seeking a versatile and creative Graphic & Video Designer who is confident in both static graphic design and video editing/motion graphics. You will be responsible for producing brand assets, digital creatives, promotional videos, social media content, motion graphics, and other design materials that reflect our brand identity.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on diverse creative projects and wants to grow in a fast-paced, modern agency environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design

• Design visually appealing graphics for social media, websites, ads, presentations, and branding materials.
• Create brand assets such as icons, illustrations, brochures, posters, banners, and marketing collateral.
• Develop design layouts and concepts based on briefs and brand guidelines.
• Refine and update brand identity elements as needed.

Video Editing & Motion Graphics

• Conceptualize and produce short- and long-form videos for marketing, social media, and campaigns.
• Create custom motion graphics, kinetic typography, and animated elements using Adobe After Effects.
• Edit footage, add transitions, sound effects, color correction, and music syncing using Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Develop animated explainers, intro/outro sequences, and product promo videos.
• Export final video content optimized for various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, website, ads).

Technical Skills required:

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially:
• Photoshop
• Illustrator
• After Effects
• Premiere Pro
• (Bonus) Adobe Animate, InDesign, Canva Audition, or Figma
• Solid understanding of visual hierarchy, color theory, typography, and layout.
• Ability to create original design assets from scratch.
• Experience editing videos with transitions, effects, color grading, and audio balancing.
• Ability to create motion graphics and animations independently.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Animation, Media, Visual Arts, or related field (preferred, not mandatory).
• 2–5 years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing (internships count).
• A strong portfolio showcasing relevant work is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
