Job Description – Graphic Designer (UI/UX Knowledge)

Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality visual assets, including social media creatives, digital advertisements, banners, flyers, brochures, presentations, and other marketing collaterals.
- Develop engaging video content, reels, and promotional videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Design intuitive and visually appealing website interfaces, landing pages, and digital experiences with a strong understanding of UI/UX principles.
- Apply UI/UX best practices, including layout structuring, visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, navigation, and user-centric design.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and basic prototypes for websites and digital platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing, branding, and development teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns and digital projects.
- Maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints by adhering to established brand guidelines and visual identities.
- Use Canva for quick-turnaround designs and day-to-day creative requirements.
- Stay updated with emerging design trends, digital experiences, UI/UX practices, and creative tools to bring fresh ideas to the organization.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Good working knowledge of Figma for UI/UX design, wireframing, mockups, and prototyping.
- Proficiency in Canva for quick and effective design execution.
- Strong understanding of graphic design fundamentals, including typography, color theory, composition, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
- Good understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, user journeys, usability, and user-centric interfaces.
- Ability to translate business and marketing requirements into effective visual communication and digital experiences.
- Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and aesthetic sense.
- Ability to understand and consistently implement brand guidelines.
- Good communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects with competing deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, UI/UX Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in graphic design, with exposure to UI/UX design.
- Experience designing websites, landing pages, dashboards, or other digital interfaces.
- Experience working with diverse brands across multiple industries.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing creatives, and platform-specific design requirements.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design capabilities along with UI/UX or web design projects.
