Position: Graphic Designer – Packaging & Concept Development

Key Responsibilities

• Develop innovative packaging concepts using a blend of traditional design skills and AI-generated ideation tools
• Collaborate closely with brand strategists, copywriters, and product developers to bring packaging stories to life
• Experiment with generative AI platforms (like Midjourney, DALL·E, etc.) to explore aesthetic possibilities and concept directions
• Translate packaging prototypes into production-ready files across materials and formats
• Stay ahead of packaging trends, sustainability standards, and emerging tech integrations

What You Bring

• A strong portfolio showcasing packaging design across different product verticals
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; experience with 3D rendering tools and AI-powered design platforms is a big plus
• A creative approach that embraces innovation and challenges design norms
• Ability to interpret brand strategy and consumer insights into tangible visual solutions
• Knowledge of print production processes, sustainable materials, and retail compliance
