We are a fast-growing marketing agency working with brands across hospitality, food & beverage, lifestyle, real estate, interiors, wellness, and consumer products. We are looking for a creative thinker who can transform ideas into compelling visual communication across digital and offline touchpoints.

This is not a production-only role. We are looking for someone who can think strategically, develop concepts, write copy when needed, and bring brands to life through design.

Role Overview

As a Graphic Designer & Brand Creative, you will be responsible for creating visual assets across social media, presentations, branding projects, packaging, advertising campaigns, and marketing collateral. You should be comfortable taking ownership of projects from concept to execution, including developing headlines, messaging, and creative direction.

Key ResponsibilitiesBrand & Identity Design

• Create logos, visual identities, and brand guidelines.
• Develop complete branding systems for new and existing clients.
• Create brand assets, iconography, typography systems, and visual language.

Social Media & Marketing

• Design social media posts, carousels, stories, and campaign creatives.
• Create ad creatives for Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Conceptualize campaigns and generate creative ideas aligned with marketing objectives.
• Write headlines, hooks, taglines, and supporting copy when required.

Presentations & Decks

• Design professional pitch decks, sales presentations, investor decks, and proposals.
• Translate complex information into visually engaging presentations.
• Ensure presentations maintain strong storytelling and visual hierarchy.

Packaging & Print

• Design packaging, labels, menus, brochures, flyers, and marketing collateral.
• Prepare production-ready files for print and manufacturing.

Creative Strategy

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and campaign development.
• Research trends, competitors, and consumer behavior.
• Present creative concepts and rationale to internal teams.

Required Skills

• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, social media, presentation, and packaging work.
• Excellent typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills.
• Ability to create original concepts, not just execute briefs.
• Strong understanding of branding and marketing principles.
• Ability to write basic copy, headlines, and creative messaging independently.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Ideal Candidate

• 2–4 years of experience in an agency, branding studio, or creative environment.
• Can take a brief and develop both the visual direction and supporting messaging.
• Understands how design contributes to business and marketing goals.
• Comfortable working across multiple industries and brand styles.
• Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
