Graphic Designer

As a Graphic Designer in our team, you will play a crucial role in creating visually engaging designs for various platforms. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing visually engaging designs for digital, print, and multimedia platforms such as websites, social media, advertisements, presentations, and packaging. - Ensuring that all designs align with brand guidelines and project objectives. You will also be expected to showcase your creative leadership by: - Leading brainstorming sessions and contributing innovative ideas to design projects. - Mentoring junior designers and providing constructive feedback to support their professional growth. In terms of project management, you will: - Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high-quality output. - Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and content teams, to deliver cohesive campaigns. Furthermore, your role will involve brand management by: - Maintaining and evolving the company's visual identity through the creation of style guides, templates, and design frameworks. - Ensuring consistency in design across all communication channels. Qualifications and Skills required for this role: - Experience: 2 to 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, with at least 1 year in a senior or leadership role. Technical Skills expected: - Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and Figma or other design tools. - Proficiency in designing for both digital and print media.,
