Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, excellent artistic skills, and the ability to create visually appealing designs that communicate the desired message effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and design creative visuals for print and digital media, including marketing materials, social media graphics, advertisements, websites, and branding assets.

Collaborate with the marketing team, content creators, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver innovative design solutions.

Create and refine logos, infographics, illustrations, and other graphic elements.

Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.

Use graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create high-quality deliverables.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.

Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh ideas to the team.

Qualifications and Skills

Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience: Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer (portfolio required).

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.

Understanding of design principles, typography, and colour theory.

Soft Skills:

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Creative thinking and attention to detail.

Ability to take constructive feedback and implement changes effectively.

Other: Familiarity with UI/UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) is a bonus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23,972.19 - ₹32,205.36 per month
