Role Overview: As a Graphic Designer Consultant in the Talent & Organization (T&O) team of the S&C Global Network, you will be involved in serving clients from various industries by focusing on Learning Design and Development, Change Management, and HR Transformation initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to leverage your skills to craft innovative learning strategies and solutions, facilitate organizational change, and support clients in transitioning smoothly. Your role is crucial in shaping the future workforce and contributing to the growth of the organization. In this role, you will independently work on designing, visualizing, and developing media content from inception to completion. You will be responsible for generating high-quality, cutting-edge designs for complex projects and creating showcase demo samples. Your tasks will involve developing graphics, UI elements, illustrations, and animations, ensuring that the produced media meets the highest standards of quality. Furthermore, you will be required to uphold graphic standards, adhere to project guidelines, and follow checklists to maintain consistency and quality throughout the project lifecycle. Your goal will be to deliver the final product to clients on time, within the specified budget, and in alignment with their needs. Your success in this role will be driven by your results-oriented mindset, problem-solving abilities, and strong business acumen.
