Graphic Designer (Social Media & Branding)

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing agency team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, branding, and visual storytelling. You will be responsible for creating engaging social media creatives, marketing materials, and brand assets for various clients across industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Design social media posts, carousels, ads, banners, and promotional creatives.
• Create branding materials including logos, brochures, catalogs, flyers, and presentations.
• Develop creative concepts that align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
• Work closely with the marketing and content teams to execute campaigns.
• Ensure consistency in visual identity across all platforms.
• Edit and optimize creative assets for digital and print media.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and industry best practices.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Experience in social media and digital marketing creatives.
• Creative thinking with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut.
• Experience in branding and advertising design.
• Agency experience will be an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work.
