Key Responsibilities

• Design social media posts, reels, carousels, stories, banners, digital advertisements, and other marketing creatives.
• Able to generate product specific videos using AI tools and later refine them in Canva or Adobe Premiere pro.
• Create engaging visual content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Develop visually appealing designs for paid advertising campaigns, including Meta Ads and Google Display Ads.
• Collaborate with the social media, content, and marketing teams to understand campaign objectives and deliver suitable creatives.
• Translate creative briefs and marketing concepts into clear, impactful visual designs.
• Maintain brand consistency across all designs by following client brand guidelines, colour palettes, typography, and visual styles.
• Adapt and resize creatives for different platforms, placements, and formats.
• Design brochures, presentations, flyers, email creatives, and other digital or print marketing materials as required.
• Assist in creating website graphics, landing page banners, infographics, and other visual assets.
• Retouch and edit images to improve their quality and suitability for marketing use.
• Develop multiple creative variations to support campaign testing and performance improvements.
• Incorporate feedback from internal teams and clients while maintaining design quality and meeting deadlines.
• Coordinate with team members to manage design requirements across multiple clients and projects.
• Prepare final files with appropriate dimensions, resolution, formats, and print specifications where applicable.
• Maintain organised design files, templates, and creative assets for easy access and reuse.
• Stay updated on design trends, social media formats, and creative tools.
• Contribute fresh ideas to improve visual communication, brand identity, and audience engagement.

Eligibility

• Candidates must have at least 1 year of professional experience in graphic design.
• A degree, diploma, or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field will be preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva is required.
• A strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives, reels, digital advertisements, branding, or other relevant design work is required.
• Candidates should have a good understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience creating designs for social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns is preferred.
• Familiarity with Figma will be an added advantage.
• Hands on knowledge of video editing, motion graphics, Adobe Premiere Pro, or After Effects will be an added advantage.
• Candidates should be able to interpret creative briefs, follow brand guidelines, and incorporate feedback effectively.
• Good communication, attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple projects are essential.
• Prior experience working in a digital marketing or creative agency will be preferred.
