Key Job Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end visual design for a B2C e-commerce platform, including Home Improvement category pages, product cards, listing visuals and promotional banners.
• Create engaging creatives for Program Stores, Central Gateway assets, festive campaigns, newsletters and marketing promotions.
• Design and optimize product images through editing, retouching, resizing and visual enhancement.
• Ensure all creatives are mobile-friendly, visually consistent and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Leverage AI-powered design tools and creative automation to improve efficiency and design quality.
• Develop reusable design templates and maintain consistency across digital assets.
• Collaborate with UI/UX, marketing and content teams to deliver customer-focused designs.
• Use performance insights to improve visual communication and customer engagement.
• Manage multiple design projects and deliver high-quality creatives within defined timelines.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Graphic Design, or a related field
• 3+ years of professional design experience, preferably in

  e-commerce, retail, or digital merchandising

• Strong portfolio demonstrating

  systematic thinking, scalable design solutions, and business impact

• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.)
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and execution skills

Preferred Qualifications

• E-commerce or retail merchandising design experience
• Experience delivering scalable, high-impact design solutions
• Interest or experience in AI, automation, and emerging creative technologies
