Job Description

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Digital & Social Media Design
Creating engaging graphics for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
Designing digital marketing assets, including email newsletters, web banners, and display ads.
Developing graphics for website UI components, landing pages, and blogs.
Brand Identity & Print Collaterals
Maintaining brand consistency across all visual communications and guidelines.
Designing offline marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, and event banners.
Crafting professional templates for corporate presentations, pitch decks, and internal reports.
Concept Ideation & Collaboration
Brainstorming with the marketing and content teams to develop creative campaigns.
Transforming raw copy and rough concepts into clean, structured, and modern layouts.
Balancing multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.

Skills and Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Animation, or a related field (or equivalent practical portfolio).
Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven professional experience as a graphic designer (Agency or Corporate in-house team preferred).
Technical Skills:
Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
Good understanding of typography, color theory, grid systems, and layout principles.
Familiarity with UI/UX prototyping tools like Figma or Adobe XD is a strong plus.
Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
