Graphic Designer- Only from Advertising Agency- Pune

We are seeking a dedicated graphic designer to join our dynamic advertising agency team. As a Senior

Graphic Designer, you will play a vital role in developing and executing creative concepts for various

advertising campaigns and projects. We hope you can put your passion for design, to create attractive

Responsibilities:

• Create and design various materials for digital and print (print ads, digital ads, social media

graphics, billboards, packaging, and other promotional materials, etc.)

• Lead the design process from concept to final execution, ensuring high-quality and consistent

deliverables that meet project requirements and deadlines. Ensure projects are completed in a

timely manner with a quality product.

• Excellent understanding of current design trends and techniques, and the ability to adapt and

innovate accordingly.

• Advise best practices and optimizations throughout design projects.

• Collaborate with fellow designers, creative team, including copywriters, art directors, and other

designers to develop new approaches for creating more-expressive graphics for the company,

aligned with the client's objectives.

• Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software

• Participate in client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating design concepts

and rationale to clients while incorporating their feedback and requirements.

• Manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions

• Implement feedback and changes whenever possible

• Create visualizations that convey accurate messaging for the project.

• Collaborate with external vendors, such as printers and photographers, to ensure accurate

production and high-quality outputs.

Expected qualifications:

• Master's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

• Proficiency in programs such as Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator as

well as a good understanding of design principles and typography.

• Strong analytical skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in graphic design or similar field

• Attention to detail, ability to multitask

• Portfolio of work with a wide range of creative projects

• Time management and organizational skills

• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, print, and web

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven

environment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
