Graphic Designer

We are looking for a Graphic Designer who can work across

performance creatives, social media, and website design. You will work

closely with the marketing, growth, and brand teams to create visually strong and

commercially effective designs for Old School Rituals.

What You Will Do

Create performance creatives for paid and organic campaigns, including ad creatives,

banners, and promotional assets

Design social media creatives for Instagram and other digital channels while

maintaining a consistent brand identity

Design website creatives, banners, product visuals, and other on-site assets that

support brand storytelling and conversion

Develop creative variations for campaigns and marketing initiatives based on briefs

and feedback

Work with the marketing and growth teams to translate campaign ideas into effective

visual communication

Coordinate with printers, photographers, and other external creative partners when

required

Maintain consistency in the brand's visual language across digital, print and other touchpoints

Make basic video edits for social media, ads, and campaigns when required

What We Are Looking For

Fresher to 1 year of experience in graphic design

Strong portfolio demonstrating work across social media, performance creatives,

print, packaging, and web

Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects

Understanding of typography, composition, layout, colour, and visual hierarchy

Good attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

Ability to understand a brief, take feedback, and deliver high-quality work within

deadlines

A strong visual sense with an interest in building distinctive and thoughtful brand

communication

Comfortable working from our Hyderabad office, 6 days a week
