Graphic Designer – Marketing & Promotional Ads

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and skilled graphic designer with 2–4 years of experience in designing attractive promotional flyers, advertisements, product offers, and marketing materials for grocery stores and supermarkets.

The ideal candidate should have experience creating professional promotional designs similar to supermarket sale flyers, monthly offers, product advertisements, and seasonal marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Design attractive promotional flyers, banners, and advertisements for grocery stores and supermarkets.
• Create monthly sale promotions, discount offers, and product marketing posters.
• Design product advertisements featuring images, prices, descriptions, and promotional offers.
• Create marketing materials for social media, WhatsApp, email campaigns, and print.
• Ensure designs are visually appealing, professional, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Edit product images and create attractive layouts for promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to understand promotional requirements and deadlines.
• Make revisions and updates to designs whenever required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional experience in graphic designing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Knowledge of Canva and other graphic design tools.
• Experience designing promotional flyers, supermarket advertisements, and product catalogs.
• Good understanding of colors, typography, layouts, and visual presentation.
• Ability to create creative and eye-catching marketing designs.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• A portfolio showcasing previous graphic design work is required.

Preferred Experience

• Experience designing advertisements for grocery stores, supermarkets, retail businesses, or FMCG brands.
• Experience creating weekly/monthly promotional flyers and discount campaigns.
• Knowledge of digital and print advertising formats.

Someone creative, detail-oriented, and capable of independently creating professional promotional designs that attract customers and highlight products and special offers.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
