Johns Signs & Graphic , a leading signage advertising company based in Trivandrum, is seeking a skilled and creative Graphic Designer to join our growing team About the Role: In this role, you will play a vital role in crafting engaging and impactful graphic elements that support our various signage marketing initiatives. You will collaborate closely with marketing specialists, content creators and clients to translate concepts into compelling visuals that align with our clients' brand identities and marketing goals. Responsibilities: Design cutting files for Vinyl cutting, Laser cutting and operate machines Design high quality designs for printing and Operate printing machine Develop creative and high-quality graphic design solutions for various signage advertising projects, digital marketing projects, including website banners, social media graphics, email marketing materials, presentations, and more Collaborate with the marketing team to understand client requirements and translate them into effective visual communication strategies Maintain brand consistency across all graphic design projects Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and software applications Contribute fresh ideas and participate actively in brainstorming sessions Qualifications: Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and ability to translate concepts into visually appealing graphics Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (CorelDraw, Photoshop, Illustrator) Excellent understanding of design principles and layout composition Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Education: Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred) Experience: total work: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
