Qualifications and Skills Proven experience of 2 to 4 years in graphic design, particularly in the design industry. Strong expertise in logo design with a portfolio showcasing creative and impactful brand identities. Proficiency in graphic design software, including but not limited to Figma and Canva. In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe Photoshop, for high-quality design outputs. Creative skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and details, ensuring visually appealing designs. Experience in digital media design; understanding the nuances of digital platforms and social media. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams for cohesive project execution. Strong communication skills, capable of articulating design concepts and receiving constructive feedback. Roles and Responsibilities Develop innovative graphics and compelling visuals that align with our companys brand and technical solutions. Create engaging and effective design materials for a variety of platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing collateral. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to produce content that supports user experience and boosts engagement. Maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout the creative and production process. Ensure that all visuals are consistent with the brand guidelines, leading to a unified customer experience.
